Stroke sufferers generally experience motor disorders, where the most typical symptom is damage or death of brain tissue which can cause symptoms disability in form hemiparesis limbs weakness extremity muscles limitations mobilization. The intervention given be range motion exercises using mirror therapy (mirror therapy) to increase muscle strength by including perception visual illusions movement experiencing hemiparesis. purpose this study was determine effect on non hemorrhagic stroke patients. This research method uses a quasi experiment with one group pre test post design. population all patients at Sembiring General Hospital sampling technique purposive obtained as many 11 respondents. instrument used observation sheets and SOPs. Analysis Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test p value = 0.003 (p <0.05). Conclusion: there an so that it considered treatment measures improve function
